✨ Worth the Time

Build good habits by getting 1% better every day

Guess what is one of Together's top books? Atomic Habits” by James Clear! It’s a game changer that provides a fresh perspective on personal transformation.

We love James Clear's philosophy of achieving success through small, consistent changes in daily routines that have a significant impact over time.

With this book he breaks down the science of habits in a way that's simple to put in practice with a really actionable framework based on what he calls the “Four Laws of Behavior Change”.

New goal? Create space to invest time on it!

If you want to set a new goal or objective, you need to start by creating space for it in your life.

Time is the most valuable resource we have and, as we know, it’s very limited. Therefore, we have to be very careful to invest it rather than spend it!

Otherwise, what we get is pure frustration. Accumulating new goals or intentions without having the time to invest in them leads to nothing.

It is important to be honest with oneself to assess whether it is possible to add this new objective and to approach it with a realistic plan.

For example, I’ve made a commitment to myself to dedicate time to photography every day. In order to achieve this, I’ve replaced some of the time I spent consuming content on my phone with time to pick up my camera and take at least one photo a day.

Actually, here it's really useful  James Clear's approach!

The power of Anti-Goals

Have you ever thought about the things you really don't want in your life? Anti-Goals is a simple but powerful tool can help you design your perfect day by focusing on those negative things.

You know what they say, it's easier to think about what we don't like than what we do like! And that's exactly what Anti-Goals is about – a reverse way of approaching the problem.

For example, if your worst day involves a long commute, you can set the anti-goal to work from home.
