TOGETHER SOLUTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter, “Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Together mobile application (“the App”), the website together.day (“the Website”), and all related services (collectively, “the Service”). By creating an account, downloading the App, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Together is a collaborative organisation app that combines tools, AI, and collaboration so getting things done feels simpler and more effective. The App is structured around Projects (collaborative spaces), tools (checklists, lists, notes, chats, expense tracker, and email reader), and items.
The Service includes a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription plan (“Together Pro”) that provides full access to all features, including the email reader and the full Chip AI assistant.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, in accordance with Article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). If you are between 14 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice; any change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice.
After creating an account, you may subscribe to a 7-day free trial of Together Pro. During the trial you have full access to all Pro features — including the email reader and the full Chip AI assistant — at no charge.
If you do not cancel before the end of day 7, your payment method will be automatically charged €9.99 and your first paid monthly billing period will begin on that day.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will immediately lose access to Pro-exclusive features (email reader and full Chip capabilities). You will continue to have access to the free tier of the Service.
Only one free trial is available per Apple ID or Google account.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Each paid billing period begins on the anniversary of your first charge. Renewal is charged at the then-current subscription price.
All payments are processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment is charged to your app store account. Together does not directly collect or store your payment card details; payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, as applicable, and by our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, Inc.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Together does not process refunds directly. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at help@together.day and we will assist you.
Under Articles 102–108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of subscribing, without giving any reason.
However, by accessing Together Pro features (including during the free trial), you expressly acknowledge and consent that:
If you have not accessed any Pro features, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing help@together.day with the subject line “Withdrawal” within 14 days of purchase.
The App includes an AI-powered assistant called “Chip.” Chip uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers to generate suggestions, answers, and content based on data you provide within the App.
By using Chip, you acknowledge that:
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform you that Chip is an AI system. You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (notes, lists, tasks, messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Together a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, after providing notice when reasonably practicable.
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, illustrations, code, and other materials forming part of the App and the Website (“Together Materials”) are the property of Together Solutions, S.L. or its licensors and are protected under Spanish, European, and international intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorised, reproduction, public communication, distribution, or transformation of the Together Materials is prohibited.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Together disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Together shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The App and Website may contain links to third-party sites or services. Together does not control those sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or operation.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you via the App or email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer or user as defined by the LGDCU, any disputes shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of your place of residence, in accordance with Article 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
If you are not a consumer (e.g., you use the Service for professional or business purposes), the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
In any case, you may also submit complaints to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
